Wallace Reducing Record

I found this is a big pile of 78's I picked up recently, and have never seen anything like it. It's 10 inches, shellac, and blank on one side (though that side also has a label); looks to be part of some very early weight-loss program? Has anyone ever seen one of these? Any idea when it was made, or how many would have been in the set?

I used to have a set of the records but no one is doing their Daily Dozens in front of a Victrola. Do people do the daily dozens any more?
