FOUND: Hinge for Shelf of Victor Schoolhouse

Recently, I bought a Victor Schoolhouse. The only part I'm missing is one hinge for the lower shelf. I have searched through all my parts and come up empty. If you have a hinge that matches the dimensions below, please let me know. As always, any help is appreciated.
