info needed about duster brush

hi i am quite new to collecting these kind of items and and i have just been given this brush
made by the Philadelphia badge company, with Brunswick heading on gold and child & gower piano company
who i believe merged with army and navy, just wanted to know if it was rare and how collectible it is
please help!!!
