So does anyone here have this record and might just part with it for a reasonable price?

Interesting... that looks like a Gennett pressing. I have some Charlie Davis Orch. records on Vocalion but I have never seen that label ever.

I have used lots of Perfect Circle rings over the years. They are now made by Mahle if memory serves.

Very nice. Lots of these specialty discs are not. Thanks for that. Actually, it appears that this may have been issued on a "regional" Gennett Electrobeam from the catalogue number, but sometimes Gennetts pressed their regular issues on these specialty labels. Lawrence Welk's "Spiked Beer" is an example I've seen on a couple different Gennett private variant labels.
