That is from about 1920-1926, they are fairly plentiful though a Canadian one is (to me) a little unusual.

Depending on the particular logo, photo or brand, it appears that these generally sell for between 10 and 15 dollars (US) on Ebay, (e.g., those with photos of Bing Crosby, Decca record branded souvenir, or MGM... the most recent items listed).

Wow that's cheap Tinkers!
Over here the average common duster in good condition goes for $40-60. Anything cheaper will either have rust or badly damaged velvet/felt, and it's not unusual for rarer dusters to reach well over $300.
Edison dusters with a picture of a diamond disc label never sell for less than $200.
Looks like I'll have to start buying *from* USA again
*edit*

These are the ones from completed auctions that I found and was using as reference... although I suppose that Victor, Edison, et al branded items could command a much higher price tag.

I myself just purchased a leather/velvet duster on Ebay for 11.49 (US). Some of the tanning/coloring is beginning to degrade and chip away, but the graphics are still visible and the velvet is in good shape.

I thought this was kind of interesting... I was browsing around on Ebay this morning and looking the the Credenza listings. In one of the listings, it shows this picture. If you look under the tonearm, you can see the same Brunswick-Balke-Collender duster (although you cannot see which business is actually advertised in the center).
