EBay Operational Question

I've been a member of eBay for 20 years, and in that time I've always been able to delete items on my watch list. Once an item has sold, there's not much point in retaining it on the watch list - - except now when I click on the "DELETE," nothing happens. This has been going on for about a week.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't experienced it, but I just confirmed it in both Edge and Chrome. Looks like an eBay bug.

George, I noticed the same occurence a couple months ago. My solution is to, after deleting items, refresh my browser (Google). It works for me every time.

I find the delete option directly under the listing doesn't work, but if I click the box on the left, and go to the top to click delete selected items, they do go away. So yeah, a bug.

That has also been my experience recently. Perhaps eBay will rectify the problem eventually.

Thanks, good fellows. It's good to know it isn't me, and I appreciate the work-arounds too - -

UPDATE: I just deleted my entire watch list! Maybe it was only me after all...!

I found the same - if you tick the box to the left of the item and then go to the top of the list there is a "delete" button under "Watch list" . press this and it will go !

George,
What I was trying to explain and probably wasn't clear, was for me, that when viewing my "watchlist" "ended" items, deleted items (after using the "check box" at the left of the item, and then clicking on the delete box at the top of the "watchlist" page), will still be visible on the "ended" list as if I hadn't deleted them.
This always occurs after I've viewed a specific item (or multiple items), and have returned back to my "ended" list.
Only after I refresh my browser, do they finally get removed from the list.
This has been a typical occurence for me for some time now. Hence my "workaround" solution. It works every time.
It may happen only for the "ended" items, I don't know. I haven't used the delete function for the "active" list to see if the anomaly occurs there.
Best,
Fran

Sorry - - I didn't mean for this to become a thing. Clicking that "Delete" box at the top left of the watch list will check EACH individual box for each item on the watch list. Thus, when I went ahead and clicked the "DELETE" box, my entire watch list disappeared. I should have first unchecked anything I wanted to save. It was fine though - - I do a lot more watching than bidding.
Thanks again for all the input - - it was very helpful.

on mine, the "delete" at the top is greyed out until you tick the little box to the left of the watched item so you can't delete everything unless you have ticked them all... if you tick the box next to the delete button at the top it will select and delete all of them !!
