their facebook page says they are in florence alabama but i do not know who they are

I am always suspicious of websites that have no contact information.
Take a look at Raphael's website. It's all there: name, address, phone number, email. That's how it should be done.
I never place orders with "phantoms."

He (John Cleveland) has now added his name and location to the “About Us” page. John’s a nice fellow and I’ve done business with him for a number of years. His forte is the Kalamazoo Duplex.
