The Talking Machine Forum — For All Antique Phonographs & Recordings

I have a freind who asked me if I can identify this turntable. I'm not sure what it is for so I thought I would post it for others to see. It is 6" diameter. I've only seen 6" Emmerson records. Any ideas? It looks early to me.
