Finally, I'm now down to the last mountain to climb in the repair and restoration of my RE-75. Mind you, this one is a real doozy. On the radio receiver, there is a two setting dial signal switch that toggles between the radio and the phonograph inputs. There was at one point a contact on the switch coated with what I assume it a conductive metal. The contact has long since worn down, leaving me with great troubles. When attempting to toggle the switch to the radio position, the spring holds the switch, outputting a clear sound of the input. When toggled to the phonograph input, the switch slips, as well as having a very small domain in which the sound is output fully. There is also a point where, if turned to on the switch, will produce a highly distorted high-pitch noise. Attempts to devise ideas for repair stumped me, so I turned to replacement. Although I attempted the "search and rescue" of the part on other 245 receivers, the two I had found were also in the same condition. If any of you folks out there have any idea of what I'm talking about, and either have experience in working/repairing this problem, or may know some knowledge to help you contribute your few cents, I would greatly appreciate your help.

It seems something that could be solved with a layer of conductive paint, but unless you post a pair of pictures, very few - if any - will ever understand what you're talking about.

Yes, please post pictures. If this is the same switch as that used on the R32/RE45 tuners, I may have an extra one.
