Hey guys,

Over the weekend I was playing some of my Edison records for my dad, and I put on my cylinder of Billy Muray singing I’ve got rings on my fingers. It’s a green box 4 min wax Amberola (or should I say damnberola lol). Anyways the copy I have didn’t sound that good and it had a small crack on the end that made its was across the record. My dad loves this song, so I wanted to know how much a good copy of it would cost?

I’m not sure if this will work or not? I put my phone in the horn to record it just Incase anything further happens to the record

I can't help with the record, but just wanted to clarify that "Amberola" is an Edison Phonograph. "Amberol" was the trade name for wax and celluloid cylinder records.

Thanks for sharing that one. I've had the Ada Jones version on 2M Indestructible for years and it's one of my favorites.
