Two nice Hit of the Week records from 1931

I know that there are many transfers of Hit of the Week records out there. Archephone even has CDs of all of them. But, I have a few of them and wanted to try to transfer them. I am amazed at how good they sound and how clean the sound is. These 15 cent records sound as good as most other records of the early 1930s. Their advertisements say their Durium records last longer than normal shellac records. Who knows if that is true, but they sure have held up well when kept flat. I have seen piles of them in antique stores that are curled up. I imagine the cardboard backing does that with humidity. Anyway, here are two nice songs from 2 of my Durium records.
