WANTED: Victor Monarch Lease Label Records - 10"

I'm looking for decent or clean examples of 10" Victor Monarch Records with the lease writing on the front label per the attached photo example. Can state either "Eldridge R. Johnson" or "Victor Talking Machine Co." Must be 10" (not looking for 7").
