Craigslist 78 score!

Hello all! I have been into phonographs for a couple years. I currently only have two machines in my collection (only one of them running.) As far as music goes I try to collect as much old jazz and big band as possible because they are two of my favorite genres! The other day while surfing through Craigslist out of boredom, I find a seller selling "old glass records" for $20. I message him and I confirmed that they are all 78s! Apparently they were the seller's father's records and they have been in those boxes for years, in all about 150 records. Of course, them being 78s, there were some cracked records. Out of the 150, 38 were cracked which isn't horrible. I think $20 was a steal! Mostly Big Band, Jazz, Blues and some Comedy. How do yall suggest I store these?

Should I put them all in sleeves?

The ones you like should be cleaned first, then put in clean sleeves.

I only put unusual or valuable 78s in sleeves, since most 78s are not valuable and the sleeves cost more than the records are worth... just my opinion. They haven't been in sleeves for the past 100 years, so putting them in now doesn't do anything. Just store them upright, laying them flat causes them to break...
