Type BE vs Type BF Graphophones

Will a BE mech fit correctly in a BF case, or is the BF case longer?

The BF has a 6" mandrel, where the BE has a normal 4" mandrel.
Question: Does your BE mechanism/topworks have a 2/4 minute conversion?

I wasn’t sure if they both used the same bed plate. It’s a straight 2-m model.

John,
I have both the BE and BFT and they are two of my favorites. The Columbia serpentine cases are very attractive and both models play great... mine are both 2/4 minute conversions and it took forever to find the correct 2/4 minute parts, that's why I asked.

BF is a stretched BE, with the long mandrel as previously mentioned and an additional spring barrel in the motor. The cabinetry is identical in style and all dimensions except widths. So they look awesome next to each other.
The comparison is kinda like a 1960 Buick Electra 225 vs a regular Electra.
