Heres something you don't see everyday. Unfortunately its been refinished around the decal, and nless you're willing to put up with the eye sore you will probably have to sacrifice the originals. Seems pretty in line in price.

I think the sellers obvious attitude would put me off in the first instance...

I agree. Once I read the description, I immediately pressed "back" and kept on scrolling for other listings,

For posterity:
Fresh find as-is.
KALAMAZOO Duplex Phonograph. Missing support bracket, horns, reproducer and crank. All of which are available as reproduction parts. This has complete motor. And a very nice case with original decals. Motor untested w/o crank handle.
Make reasonable cash offer you want it. Research enough to know if you want it
If you dont want it,
Dont waste my time with your opinion.
I want to sell it, do you want to buy it?
(Emphasis added.) Aside from his hostile tone, to say that support bracket, horns, reproducer and crank are readily available is a real stretch. They've been made (though not horns, I think) but they certainly aren't carried in stock by suppliers.

I've never been put off so much from a listing before.
It's listed as "Pending", I hope someone hasn't fallen for his hustle that they can get a bunch of repo parts easily say off eBay...
