In between working on the Columbia portable list, this came up for sale in my area at around €400.
It could be of interest to identify it, and also of course show you the gramophone.
After checking the "HMG book", I am myself not able to decide if it is the macine named "The New Compton"
on page 227 or Model 3 on page 231, or maybe even another model?
I am not buying this gramophone, but still would like to learn more by trying to identify it, and also share the photos, since
we all like to watch and know what there is to know about gramophones.

It's a Model 3; the plinth moulding and the low position of the winder identify it, and the British made soundbox is post 1918.
