Is it real? Bettini Paper

Months ago, I picked up a folder of old catalogs and other paper. Amongst the lot was this sheet, 8 ½ X 3 11/16 inches, on light blue thin paper. Is it a copy and what was its purpose? Cheers, Russie

I would suspect it is a label from the cylinder record box. I am not expert on Bettini for sure, but I have a couple of bettini cylinder boxes from France that have similar graphics on them. Yours seems to be for New York so it could be from an American cylinder.

It looks like a reproduction box label that Allen Koenigsberg sold in the 1970s and 1980s. (It may have been a free add-on to other orders, I can't quite recall.) I have a couple I got from him.

My thought exactly. I have one around here somewhere (the most frightening words in the English language...).
