You should buy your decals from Gregg or another good source. There are still poor quality decals in circulation. I'd hate for you to apply one of them. You'd be wasting good effort on what will be a poor restoration. Can you post a photo of your decal? Jerry B.

This is what I meant when I mentioned using an old reproduction decal of poor quality. I've had this in the bottom of a cabinet for probably 25 years. If you used this decal on a nice Graphophone restoration you would be wasting your time. An experienced collector could tell from across a room that this was a reproduction decal. The contrast with this and a Cline decal would be even more obvious if they were next to each other.
I believe this type of decal is still in circulation so be cautious. This one is going in the garbage today.

Hello Jerry & Curt
Thanks to you all for your help.
In fact, I made a mistake: It is a decal for the cover of a Pathé D.
https://www.ebay.fr/itm/BIG-Pathé-ROOST ... SwVRxb~FJp
Seller Gladya Ferradas, Lima, Peru.
(Greg from phonodecals.com don’t sell it.
But I presume that applying the decal on an Edison or on a Pathé is done in the same way.
