list of reproducer/soundbox materials and sizes?

Hi All,
I'm looking for information on replacement gaskets for a few reproducers. I've got a couple of columbia #6 soundboxes, along with a columbia #9 for a viva tonal portable (that is supposed to arrive soon). The number 6 soundboxes have two different thicknesses of black rubber. What is the ideal material for these, and how soft/hard? I have access to laser cutters, so can cut rubber or felt or cork as needed without worry about stretching or tearing.
It looks like columbia #24 is rubber tubing, and I can get silicone tubing ⅛" outer diameter, 1/16" inner diameter durometer 35A, which from my reading seems to be correct, but maybe a little soft?
Is there a list somewhere of gasket sizes, materials, etc, that one can consult? I know that these gaskets are available to purchase from various sources, but sometimes it's nice to be able to make your own.
