My understanding is that the blue sign is a one of a kind sign and he’s not sure if he wants to sell it. He did say he was open to offers.

A right good-looking parking lot! Usually the Parking Lot Show photos don't turn out so well because there are a bunch of guys standing around selling old windup record players.
The finish looks a little alligatored & may need re-amalgamated but I'm sure it would be a nice place for someone, next year perhaps, to show up with a trailer & try to liquidate their collections.
