One of my favorite Bing Crosby / Paul Whiteman records. I transfered this a few years ago, but this turned out so much better and with a 3 mil stylus instead of a 2.5 stylus.

I have the copy Jerry is talking about and love it. It seems we usually like the first versions of songs we hear.

I like the Vincent Lopez version as well, but it is a bit too slow to me. But, it is really well played and is fun. There are quite a few versions of this song out there once you start looking for them. I think the fun of all this music is how different bands played the songs often in the same year. Sometimes even the same song by the same band on different labels. What a crazy time it was. I think all this is a great thing.

Me too, the Vincent Lopez version is magical to me. Back in the 70s when dad brought home grandpa's records for tape copying, there was a British pressing of this on an ivory Goodson record. This I remember as very curious, and the song got stuck on my mind forever. I finally acquired the Van Dyke copy some years ago from Nauck or whatever.
