I'm sorry I cannot help with the trim piece.
"Concert" was the trade name Edison used for 5-inch machines. "Grand" was the name Columbia used for its 5-inch machines. The model you picture is an AB Graphophone.
Good luck with your restoration.

I was searching Ebay and found a complete lid with what looks like the same trim..
https://www.ebay.com/itm/REAL-NICE-COLU ... SwUnJcrQ~M
I think this it the cover/lid for a Columbia Graphophone AT but not positive.
I saved a copy of the trim profile you posted as well as the trim profile on the Ebay listing and they appear to be the same.
See the attached picture..
You stated you need a 10 inch piece and the total length of this lid is 11 ¾ inches. If interested I would message the seller and inquire about the width prior to making a purchase.
It would be a shame to cannibalize this lid which is in pretty nice shape for that piece of trim...
Any forum member have a unsalvageable junk AT cover laying around...
Hope this helps in some way.

Why not just buy the nice lid on eBay and put one of Gregg Cline's decals on it? No need to piece the damaged one back together, just save it for possible future use and keep it with the machine... Unless, of course, the new lid is too small. Finding that molding otherwise might prove to be a futile endeavor. So, in light of that, cannibalizing a nice lid for the end result of restoring a machine, doesn't seem any different than all of the sellers that sell whole machines piece by piece...

LOL that would be way too easy.
the lid on Ebay is too small coming in at 11 ¾" long... the molding on my AB comes in at 13" and that's if the width is correct which I'm sure it is not..
besides that there is another strip of beaded molding half way up the cover and then another set at the top...
unless the client has deep pockets,,, I'd wait for the right lid to pop up..

Good luck... copying the trim might not be too hard.
