Edison Spring Barrel Shaft Pin

Can anyone please post some pictures of the Spring Barrel Shaft Pin?
My mainspring broke and revealed that a previous owner had just drilled the broken spring and machine screwed it into the shaft.
I must admit it did the job for a good many years but I want to do it properly.
