Hi, I need a complete governor for the small old style hmv/Victor 1 spring motor, including weights, leaf springs, and the two bushings with balls at both ends. It's the type with coarse worm for square teeth spindle gear. It's the same type as Victor O type EM in this old catalogue from the site of George vollema I've read somewhere the possibility of changing the spindle gear and governor axis for the later type with fine threads, more silent. As this Although in this case I would need the complete governor and bushings, and the new spindle gear.

I forgot to inform you herein...
I will take the whole thing as it is. I'll need the spindle and gear also, for it is a governor with the fine worn thread (mine is the thick square one) and also need the two governor bearings. It's the price you gave me for the whole thing complete? Add the packaging and shipping costs, of course...

I've received Mike's frame with governor and spindle with gear etc. I'll try next Week the transplant surgery...
