Help! Victrola VV-XI 1919 MODEL

I bought a horn and my parts do not line up so I can bolt them together. I have attached a picture for reference. The tonearm holder in my hand fits the cabinet but the bolt holes will not line up with my horn????

The VV XI was manufactured for many years and was one of Victor's best selling models. They evolved over their long run and were improved. Machines made after approximately 1917 have a fat tonearm. Earlier machines have a narrow tonearm. My *guess* is that the horn you got is not from a later machine equipped with a fat tonearm.
