Can anyone identify this motor?

This motor is out of a Sonora upright phonograph and I’m trying to locate parts. Can anyone identify it?
Just going by the patent date of Nov. 30, 1915, a 'spring-motor-for-talking-machines' patent was issued/assigned to Meisselbach & Brother. #1,162,033. The star shape on the bedplate also indicates Meisselbach.
The nice thing about these motors is the fact they had an 'endgate' for easy removal of the spring barrels without disturbing the other gears.
