Has Anyone heard of a Sonora Grand H.S.?

I am restoring a Sonora phonograph with the data plate reading "Grand H.S." S/N 7458. The cabinet itself has only one level for storage of records however, I thought the Grand was supposed to have two levels of storage. Is it possible that this is an early Sonora Grand model? Also, I would be interested in ideas on the date of manufacture?

Nice looking Grand ,it is an earlier model with the larger grill, I currently own three Sonora's, a Grand, Invincible and a Supreme ,none of those have the model name on the tag , they all just have a instrument number. I've had two other Grands and 3 or 4 Baby Grands over the years and I don't recall any of them having the model name on the tag.

The cabinet with the larger grill would make it earlier 1915-1916, in 1917 they shrunk it. Though that's a more early 20s Sonora tonearm, that's not the early teens design. (Do you know if the tonearm is original?)
