Your ashes in a vinyl record

I found this news article today. Apparently the technology is available to have your ashes pressed into as many as 30 vinyl records. It begged the question to me - what song(s) would you have on there? Be warned, it does come with a hefty price tag, but it's a bit more inventive than having ashes in a pot above the fire

I suppose this isn't such a far cry from the cremation diamonds that gained attention a few years back... but obviously this is geared for a different audience.
I think I'd have to split my husband's ashes between a diamond and a record!!
As for the song, probably something that 99% of people wouldn't have ever heard... Ashes by Embrace.

You'd think the ash would create excessive surface noise.
I can imagine some eccentric pop stars doing this, and the records being sold to adoring fans for world record prices.
For my record, I'd probably have something like Necro ~ Dead Body Disposal

I'm from the States and Embrace is one of my fave groups, I think I know one person who has heard of them, which is sad!!! They occasionally get played on college radio here in W NY. Out of Nothing is an absolute classic!! Bought tickets for a Toronto show years ago and it got canceled:.(

I'm from the States myself (WI), but I suppose your comment just reinforces my suspicion that most have not heard of them. It's equally sad that the concert was cancelled. It's good, however, to hear there is another fan out there.
