It looks beautiful and is right near me, but unfortunately out of my price range at the moment.

Your definition is "excess" (as opposed to minimalist)... my definition is high end cabinetry...

Yeah, I'm really struggling to find the right word to describe it. Because it is breathtaking work. That cavernous cabinet with it's many openings seems smartly designed to amplify. Excess doesn't capture it.

I can't help but notice a uncanny resemblance to the debated record cabinet I posted here a few weeks ago.

I'm trying to think of a modern equivalent. I'm guessing when we used to buy those h period entertainment cabinets for our CRT tvs. But I don't think it's an accurate comparison.
