Vic III (?)/Cabinet/etc. on SF Bay Craigslist--$750

I think it's a Victor III, but can't quite read the ID plate --

Anyway, all that for $750.00 seems a good price. It wasn't too long ago I would have expected to see it offered for a thousand dollars more--especially in the Bay area.
