Indeed it is, and in long term family ownership which means that it probably retains it's original finish.
The missing carrying handle and lid stay should both be easy to source.

So, presently on ebay, you can buy an EMG, a Colonial 100 and a Colonial 101 (there were two others sold fairly recently - one was yours maybe ?).

For a few thousand pounds it would be a neat little collection !

Oh, and an EMG soundbox to complete the set !
