Sounds like a homemade party record.
When everyone is sufficiently buzzed, this would be slipped onto the turntable.

Sounds like someone with nice equipment who has just learned how to mix audio from different sources.

Sounds like some people goofing off! That’s the fun of these things, sometimes it’s just church choir singing, piano playing, or a copy of an already popular record, but sometimes it’s OTR, old commercials, obscure rockabilly, messages to people, or people just having fun and goofing off!

Yeah, this isn't someone at home in 1946 with a Presto home recorder. The transitions and dubbings sound they were done with good professional equipment of the time.

The interspersed soprano is Lily Pons. And the wacky splicing appears an attempt to emulate Spike Jones!

Well, at least we have the sax player's name: that's a start.
