I was in Danville yesterday and my travels will take me back through there within 2 weeks. If there are any collectors in NC that would be interested in a transportation arrangement, let me know.

All this is dependent on whether I drive my fuel efficient car or truck though on my next trip.... :D

On a serious note, this vintage of Victrola is not my area of specialty.... but is that internal horn assembly completely gone??? (where those records are sitting...)

Looks like the radio is missing from the cabinet

The records appear to be sitting on top of the top half of the folded horn that is part of the horn's design. And yes, the Radiola 28 panel seems to be missing. Maybe the seller doesn't know what is supposed to be there or what it looks like. It might survive if that's the case...The door pulls aren't original either, but that is easy to address as the holes for them go through the doors.

This looks like a Borgia I judging by the "Victrola" decal. The Borgia II had electrical playback as an option too. And do I spy a brass reproducer?
