I listed an assortment of later style Vitaphone parts on eBay. The auction should begin tonight at 9PM EST. Look for eBay item number: 392985078007. Link:

Here's the overview. Hopefully, this will help to complete somebody's long silent machine!
(BTW, I did not part out a Vitaphone. The parts came to me just as you see them.)

Yes, very strange. From what I read, I guess it takes a lot of tinkering to get it working half way decent.

Hi Jerry, FWIW I would recommend putting the word phonograph in the title on your ebay listing, I know I usually just do a keyword search with words like, phonograph , edison , victrola etc.

Very interesting machines indeed. Yes, they do take quite a bit of tinkering but quite the conversation piece.
Here is a link to Keith Wright's blog.

I have the model of machine at the bottom of the page. Yes, that is the horn in the lid!

Yes, strange but interesting machines. Mine was made about ½ or 1 mile from me here in Plainfield, NJ. It is no longer the thriving community it once was, but back when Vitaphone was located here Plainfield was home to dozens of millionaires and was a major business center for the region. I only have one Vitaphone, a model 75, but am very interested in them given the local connection.
