Another example of a modification that people will be scratching their heads about in the future... actually, in the present as well... :?
It would have played 2 Min celluloid cylinders without modification...

I have tried a four minute stylus on two minute celluloid but I don’t think it sounds nearly as good as a two minute stylus. This modification was very simple, only loosening the screw and unhooking the stylus. It could easily be returned to the original configuration.

I hope I haven’t offended anyone by doing this. It was just an experiment to see what the result would be.

It's your reproducer, but that being said, there are a lot of collectors who would like a Model N in its original configuration...

You may want to keep your eyes open for an R or S reproducer. The R is the 2 minute equivalent of the N. The S is the large diameter equivalent of the K, i.e., it plays both 2 and 4 minute records.

I bought the reproducer by chance and putting the two minute stylus in it was really only an experiment. I have converted it back to its original four minute stylus.
