One more machine ID

I have one more machine to ID from a lot of project machines. This one looks like a Columbia Eagle, but the full rectangular base is stamped with serial number 26380, which appears to be lower than the serial number range for an Eagle, if I am reading this correctly. Is this an Eagle, and was this particular machine ever cased? It is mounted on a wooden base which appears to have come from some other machine.
Thank you.

It could be a Pathé?I know there were quite a few Eagle type clones like how there were Credenza clones in the 1920s.

The pictured machine is indeed a European copy of an Eagle.

Thank you! I do not know much about these copies, but their existence shouldn't surprise me. I have been collecting pocket watches for years, and there is an abundance of 19th century Swiss fakes of American movements out there. These fakes are usually worth a fraction of their original American counterparts. I assume that the same would usually hold true for these European phonograph copies.
