Symphony Tabletop Reproducer

I picked up a Symphony tabletop last week. It is missing the reproducer and the elbow on the backside of the reproducer. Does the face of the reproducer say "Symphony" or does it say Columbia or anything at all. I can't seem to find a picture of one.
