Instructions for installing Edison 2/4 minute gearing

I have had an Edison standard model B for quite some time and I recently
purchased a 2/4 minute gearing set so I will be able to play the 4 min
Edison cylinders. My problem is I have no instructions to make sure I
get the gears installed correctly. Would anyone here on the forum and I
know there is a wealth of information here happen to have a copy of the
instructions they could post either in pics or PDF format? I would
appreciate any help. I have not got the gears yet, but I want to get
ready when the arrive, I know I will need a model H reproducer when the
time comes to play the 4 min records. Thank you all for any help

Gene,

Congratulations on getting a 2/4 minute for your Standard. Here is a reprint of an original catalog showing the 2/4 minute installation. I have not digitally restored it yet, but it will give you the information you need.

Good morning all, I received my 2/4 minute gearing yesterday and it
took about a ½ hour to install and adjust everything but all went
well and it works and plays great. It's nice being able to listen to
the few 4" ambrols I have, I'll be getting more in the future. A special
thanks to Shawn for the instructions it was great using them, and also
wes k for the video it helped very much too.
