I have personally looked at the machines in question and have photographs of them for anyone interested.

The woman with the Wurlitzer also had a Columbia, a Victor VV-XI, and a small handmade victrola of sorts.

The C-250 has an Edisonic reproducer as well as a an adapter for 78s (although made out of potmetal). The cabinet is in solid shape, mahogany, but can use reamalgation of the shellac and a good overall cleaning. mechanically it runs.
I have phone numbers and emails for both folks. Thought I'd help both sellers out and see if anyone is interested here on TMF.
