It's that time again... Membership in the Antique Phonograph Society runs for a calendar year, so don't miss out on 2021!

Members receive:

* The satisfaction of knowing that their dues are helping to increase awareness of antique phonographs and records among current non-collectors.

* The knowledge that hundreds of non-collectors are assisted and encouraged every year through the APS website's "Contact Us" page. Some of these folks become collectors!

* Four quarterly full-color 56-60 page magazines full of the latest research and helpful articles for all levels of collectors.

* Online access to the APS Library, containing approximately 30,000 pages of SEARCHABLE documents dating from 1890 to the present. A new, more powerful search engine is now in place!

For an idea of what has appeared over the years in the APS magazine (all back issues are included in the online Library), go to:

https://www.antiquephono.org/

...and click on "Library" on the toolbar, then click on "APS Publication Index."

All this, plus much, much more is available in the online Library. You can SEARCH the entire library with your keyword in a matter of moments.

To join or renew, go to:

https://www.antiquephono.org/

...and scroll down to the "JOIN NOW" in red, and click on it!

See you in 2021!

I wonder if George, or anyone else, can help me with this? I took out a subscription last year and have received and enjoyed the magazine throughout the year, but I have not had occasion to use the website during that time. Consequently I have forgotten my log-in details (so has my computer, because it had a stroke a few months ago and lost all the data saved in my browsers), and I cannot recover them; two hopeful guesses at the password have failed and three attempts to use the 'password reminder' procedure have brought no result. Being in England and having no dollar bank account, I cannot send a check by mail. I could of course sign up online all over again with an entirely new account, but then there would be a danger of my having two identities, thus making unnecessary work for somebody. Any suggestions will be welcome.

Hello Oliver,

A surprising number of APS members either lose or forget their passwords over the course of any calendar year. Just drop a note to the APS on the "Contact Us" page, and Rod can have you up and running in a few moments.

Thanks, and here's to a great 2021 - -

I haven't renewed for a while. In fact, I didn't even renew for The Canadian Phonograph Society last year, it's been a busy, crazy couple of years. I'll be renewing them both this year, I feel like I've missed out.

I also noticed the new forum on the web page. Do you need to be a member to sign up to that? I tried signing up a few days ago and haven't been accepted yet.
I'm close to taking it personally.

Glad to have coming back aboard, Grumpy!

No, you don't need to be an APS member to participate on the APS Forum. It works just like this one.

I'll rattle a cage or two over there and see if we can't get you approved.
