It seems like this person doesn't really know what they have, based upon the description.... They call it a "VII" in the model description, but that's clearly not right... It looks like a II to me. Is the price fair? A "Throw it at the wall and see if it sticks" price? Thoughts?

Looks like a Victor III for sale at a fair price. The case appears refinished. However, still a fair deal...imho.
