FOR SALE: “L” Door XVI in Rare Flemish Oak - $2,000

Happy New Year!
I am selling this rare (at least I have never seen another “L” door in Flemish) “L” door. This machine is complete with original BOOKS. It is a “DM” later L door and should have the books not boxes. This instrument has excellent gold plating, proper key, needle cup and the rear knob. This has been in my collection for years and one of my regular players. I can include the 12” blue Columbia record which - for me – is just stunning when I open it up to see the blue contrast with the black finish. There are some rub marks on the off crank side hard to see – I have included a picture of that full side. There are no breaks or chips to the trim anywhere. The pictures are large files double click for a close up view of each picture. There is a small drilled hole and a single brass nail on the back edge and out the rear near the lid stay possible a light was once mounted there.
Here is your chance to own a scarce finish "L" door Victrola at a reasonable price: $2000 firm. I will be attending the new National Illinois Phonograph show in June 2020 where I can deliver it at no additional charge, or can work with you if you have a shipper you want to use at buyer expense. It can also be picked up locally here in Connecticut.
Please call, PM or email for questions, additional pics or to purchase. Thank you. John Duffy 860-966-2827
