The
MME show in Wayne will be on October 10th, starting the day before at the parking lot. I'm sure it once again will be a great gathering of enthusiasts.
Anyone on the board who is planning to be there too?

Hi Norman, sure wish I could attend. Unless I win the lottery, or a rich uncle dies, I'll have to wait till next year. It would be fun to get to that show, or any other show besides Union. Although, posting the pics on the WIMAPS website helps to get an idea what it's like. Have a good time!!

I've never been to any phonograph show so far, but I hope I can attend the Wayne show this year on Sunday October 10th. I won't be able to make it for Saturday though, don't want to spend a night there.

Unfortunately, I'll be missing this show. My school taxes increased substantially this year with no warning, so there went any extra cash I would have had....
I'm hoping I can make the April show though.
Have fun, Norman! It's always a nice show, as you know!

I'll be there but with a camera to take photos of what I like instead of money to take it home. Just paid the third quarter property taxes. OUCH!!!!

Just curious, what is going on Saturday? Is it worth going there and spending a night extra?

Well, looks like some of us will be able to be around. The parking lot sale on Saturday usually started during afternoon but now has become an earlier event. It does remain still very unpredictable. Weather conditions are a great factor, but I certainly wouldn't want to miss it.

I've gone early for the Saturday morning parking lot sale. The first time was okay, and I picked up a box of useable Blue Amberols and a few other records, but the next time (and others too) there was a large model car show going on that morning, filling up the parking lot with cars of those collectors.
I understand years ago there usually weren't any shows on Saturday, but like any building owner, the Wayne PAL organization will book as many dates as possible.
I checked their master calendar, and there's a woodcarvers activity Saturday morning.
Any Saturday buying or selling seems to be over by noon, in my opinion.
If you have additional plans for Saturday evening, then the stayover might be worth it to you. I've not gone early for the past three or four shows.
I'll be there Sunday!

I should be there for a little bit on both days.
Saturday is much nicer when there isn't another event going on.
The Wayne PAL website says there is a 8:00 AM National Woodcarvers show... don't know how crowded that will make the parking lot.
