Hi All
I have been trying to identify the Columbia Graphophone shown in the attached photo. There are many missing parts? Wonder whats under the tape? I have looked in my 'Columbia Phonograph Companion' book but cannot find a link.
Any help is appreciated

AT. The tape is covering the hole for the belt.

The case is from an AT, but the rest is ???

Notice no speed control or on-off switch on the bed plate.

The chassis looks a little like a BE, BUT no mounting ears and the feed screw gear is exposed, like the casting was ground away.

Post a lot more pictures inside and out.

Hi Chuck
Thanks for your reply. The 'parts' are for sale on ebay uk. Since your reply I contacted the seller who says the bedplate is 'new' and has no holes. I have added another photo showing the motor. I think there are many more parts needed to complete and not sure if the challenge is going to take a long time.
Regards Brian

Unless the owner is giving this away for free, forget about it and find a complete, original machine... This is not worth pursuing in my opinion.

Agreed. This is just an assortment of parts. Great if you can use them, but not a worthy restoration project with a working machine as an end goal.
