Everything works on it as far as I can tell. Radio plays and turntable turns. Asking $650.00. Going to refinish cabinet if it does not sell. But cabinet and all feet intact and overall good shape. Pictures in attachments I can take additional pictures upon request. Located in East Tennessee .

Hello MikeCop & welcome to the Talking Machine Forum!
Nice Edison C-4. Those are interesting pieces & most of us enjoy Edison products. It looks like you are trying to sell it--what I'd do if I really wanted to sell it, is go to the Yankee Trader section & set up a classified ad. You'll find the formatting rules for an advertisement there--we only post about general phonograph stuff in the "Machines" section of "Talking Machines & Music," but if you click on Board Index you'll see the whole forum.
Again, glad to have you in here--the board can always stand for some more members and C-4's are pretty great to see. If you can get the pickup rebuilt I have every idea it would be easy to get its phonograph section working too--those horseshoe pickups don't really work after they age & the rubber hardens in them, so it's always good to have them rebuilt. Thankfully there are some rebuilders who can do a masterful job with them.
If it doesn't sell, be careful when you start refinishing it; the nitrocellulose lacquer finish you need cannot be duplicated with polyurethane, tung oil, or other modern finishes. You want to use it in ventilation because not only is it toxic but it's also highly flammable and stinks to heaven. Personally I'd take it & touch up the missing finish on parts of it and treat the rest with Howard's Restor-a-finish then wax it--but that's just me.

Thanks for all the info!! My first thing I’ve posted. This was in my cousins family since the 40’s, but could have been earlier. It did play records the last time they tried several years ago. But has not tried in several years. I’ll try to post on other page. I didn’t know there was another spot. Thanks!!
