Some interesting bits of phonograph-related ephemera. Prices include postage (US only).

SOLD 1. Eastern Talking Machine Co. letter -- April 1896. What makes this special is the letterhead, with an exquisite engraving of a Bell-Tainter Graphophone in the upper left corner. It was evidently a two (or more) page letter but only the cover page survives. It was obviously sent to a prospective dealer, soliciting them to take on the line. Folded for mailing. The central crease is separated about 1" on the right side and ½" on the left. I paid $125 for this over 15 years ago and will sell it at my cost.

2. Pacific Phonograph Company (San Francisco) invoice -- 1910. It lists the sale (obviously to a dealer) of a Fireside, Standard, and Home, as well as 2-minute and Amberol cylinders. Folded for mailing. Good condition. $35.

3. Universal Talking Machine Co. (NYC) invoice -- 1904. Listing records and needles for Zonophones. $35.

SOLD
4. North American Phonograph Company trade card (undated, ca. 1893). Measuring about 3" x 4.75", one side shows the Masonic Temple Building in Chicago, local home of the Edison Phonograph. The reverses details the advantages of the Edison Phonograph, available from the North American Phonograph Co. of NY and Chicago. Superb condition,. $125.

5. Duplex Phonograph Co. mailing envelope, with stamp. Date is not clear. Excellent large engraving of a Duplex. Lower right corner is cut off, otherwise very good. $35.
