I know a restoration of a 2-35 is ill-advised due to the soundbox, but does it share many parts with the 2-55?

I'm wondering if it's worth picking up a 2-35 to use as parts for a restoration of a 2-55? I'm going for looks & sound performance; I know a mis-match won't have a good resale value.
