Is the Columbia upright on market place in Delaware mission oak ?

yes

You mean this one? I agree, it looks like a "Mission Oak" finish, but can't quite tell by the blotchy appearance if it's been over-coated with stain or needs a good cleaning. It will certainly need some TLC--veneer replacement, etc.--but this is a nice style. The closest thing I can find in Baumbach's book is the early style Mignonette, but in the book's illustration, it has two doors instead of the louvers.
