The "Acoustiphone"

Readers of the CLPGS magazine will know that I contribute a regular feature on unusual and interesting record covers.
No matter how interesting the cover, I cannot write an article to accompany it without enough background information.
Here is a case in point.
My friend and fellow forum member "Old Country Chemist" recently gave me this cover for "Garritt's" of Acoustiphone House, Leeds, who advertised themselves as "Sole Manufacturers of the Acoustiphone, the perfect gramophone." An on line search has failed to find any mention of Garritt's or the Acoustiphone. Can anyone help?
