For those of us who go to the huge Brimfield, MA antiques and collectibles show, which was completely shut down last year, there is finally a definitive status for the upcoming May 11-16, 2021 show.

There will be a show in May, but participation will be limited. Many, if not most dealers are opting out of participating. You can find details here:

I would suspect more dealers will be participating in the July and September shows later this year.

Only one field will be open for the May show, Brimfield Auction Acres (formerly J&J). They will be open May 12-15 only. They are waiving admission fees this time.

As of now, all vendors plan to open their fields for the July and September shows.

Anybody else going to be there? I may try to make it there if anyone wants to meet up & hang out.

I haven't decided and if I do it will probably be a last minute decision and dependent on schedules, weather, etc. I enjoy Brimfield, though I rarely find much of phonographic interest. The idea that only one fairly small area will be open is definitely a deterrent to my making the hour-long drive.
